Please review the information below carefully before submitting an order request. Shipping costs and options are an important part of the ordering process and are not calculated on a casual or inquiry-only basis.
Shipping costs are not flat-rate and are determined by several factors, including distance traveled, package weight, number of eggs, delivery speed, and courier selection.
We ship using multiple couriers via FlagShip, which provides access to several delivery options. Based on our experience, Purolator has consistently been the most reliable and fastest option across Canada, and 1-day (next-day) shipping is strongly recommended for hatching eggs to support the best possible hatch rates.
As a general guideline only (not a quote):
Within Ontario, 1-day shipping for approximately one dozen hatching eggs typically ranges from $20–$25. Quebec is generally similar. Shipping costs increase with distance, package size, and delivery time.
Due to volume and time constraints, we do not look up shipping quotes without a completed order request. We are unable to calculate shipping costs for parties who are not yet prepared to place an order.

All hatching eggs are packaged with utmost care to minimize the risk of damage during transit. EggArmor packaging is required for shipped hatching egg orders and is offered as part of the shipping process.
Packaging methods are not optional or interchangeable. Proper packaging is essential for protecting eggs during shipment and supporting the best possible outcomes.
Shipping speed, courier performance, and handling are outside of our control once a package leaves our care. While we take every precaution in packaging, transit conditions and carrier handling may vary.
