Only Chicks Farm is a family-operated Micro-Hatchery rooted in a genuine love of animals and thoughtful, hands-on care. Located in Napanee, Ontario. 

I’m Nicole, the breeder behind the program, with my family helping support daily farm life. I have always been drawn to animals of all kinds, and that respect carries through everything I do here — from daily care to long-term breeding decisions. I work closely with my birds every day and intentionally keep my program small so each animal is known, observed, and managed with care.

My focus is on heritage and rare poultry bred for health, structure, temperament, and resilience first, with colour and egg traits developed carefully over time rather than rushed or trend-driven.

 I value natural variation and functional birds well suited to real farm life.

Whether your new to poultry or have years of experience, were always happy to answer thoughtful questions and help place birds responsibly.

Hatching eggs, chicks, and started pullets are offered on a limited, seasonal basis, allowing me to stay true to the animals and the standards I’ve set for my program.
